Y.X is proud to announce that our Y83 property has been awarded with the globally-recognised WELL Health-Safety Rating 2023 by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). We earned this rating by meeting and surpassing requirements across the following core areas: Cleaning and sanitisation procedures, Emergency Preparedness, Health Service, Air and Water Quality Management.
