Our vast 20,000 sf of communal space covers both work and play, maximising productivity in our study rooms and providing comfort in areas meant for relaxing.

All our facilities as well as our rooms are newly renovated with an ergonomic design and high-quality furniture, ensuring the best for you. Y83 is a student “only” accommodation, meaning that you can feel safe and secure, especially with our 24/7 security guard and CCTVs in all public areas.

Our location is extremely convenient, taking only 15 minutes and 20 minutes to walk to PolyU and MetroU. We are also well connected to the rest of the city, with Ho Man Tin and Whampoa MTR stations only a 5-minute walk away.

We see the student community as something of huge importance and as something that defines Y.X. Hence, we have our own dedicated team to enhance the community and foster collaboration by hosting events and bringing you closer to one another. We also encourage you to organise your own activities and take action on your interests, our team will be more than happy to assist you in doing so!
