Y.X Hong Kong Student Apartment debuted at CIEET Shanghai Station, connecting the education and growth of young people in the mainland and Hong Kong through a community ecosystem

On April 19, 2026, the 31st China International Education Touring Exhibition (CIEET) Shanghai Station was grandly opened at the Shanghai International Convention Center. As a new stop to this exhibition, the landing of Shanghai Station is a direct reflection of the vigorous development of the study abroad market in the Yangtze River Delta – it brings together the largest and most active study abroad families across the country, and CIEET’s choice to increase its layout here also confirms the continuous heating up of mainland students studying in Hong Kong and the urgent need of parents for authoritative and one-stop study abroad services. It is in this context that Y.X Hong Kong Student Residence, as the first student accommodation brand in Hong Kong to land in a large-scale international education exhibition in the mainland, appeared at the exhibition with the core theme of “From ‘I’ to ‘We'”, comprehensively presenting the integrated student accommodation ecology of “living + learning + integration + growth”, and building a bridge between mainland and Hong Kong youth exchanges with professional operation, humanistic care and social responsibility, and helping cross-border study abroad with high-quality upgrading.

The phalanx of Hong Kong schools gathered in Shanghai to build a service ecosystem for studying in Hong Kong with Y.X

This year’s CIEET Shanghai station has an outstanding lineup, bringing together nearly 100 universities from around the world, among which universities from Hong Kong have become the focus of the audience: Hong Kong University Business School, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Metropolitan University, The Education University of Hong Kong, The Chinese University of Hong Kong and other Hong Kong institutions were all present, providing a channel for direct dialogue with the school for families studying in Hong Kong in the Yangtze River Delta. As a professional apartment brand serving Hong Kong students, Y.X appeared with many Hong Kong schools, which not only demonstrated the deep synergy with the ecology of Hong Kong universities, but also further demonstrated the brand’s service strength and industry reputation in the field of Hong Kong student accommodation to the mainland market.

Immersive interactive experience in the exhibition hall, on-site Q&A directly hits the core concerns of parents

Since its establishment in 2019, Y.X Student Apartment has laid out four major apartment clusters in Kowloon and Hong Kong Island, covering the core living circles of eight major universities in Hong Kong, with more than 2,000 beds, serving more than 60,000 students in Hong Kong, and the recommendation rate of Hong Kong drifting students exceeds 95%. At this exhibition site, the brand takes “from ‘me’ to ‘us'” as the core of the design, restores more than 30 full-scene facilities such as silent study rooms, shared kitchens, and sports venues, and sets up a check-in interactive area and a one-on-one consultation desk to provide on-site students and parents with full-dimensional Q&A services from accommodation application, security and adaptation to life in Hong Kong. Many parents said after the on-site experience: “I have always been worried about the safety and living problems of my children’s accommodation when they go to Hong Kong to study, but this time in the exhibition hall of Y.X, I can not only see the real apartment scene, but also directly ask the details I care about the most, and I feel at ease all of a sudden.” ”

It carries responsibility with the temperature of the community and conveys the mission of “accompanying growth and connecting the two places”

Different from traditional accommodation supply, Y.X has always adhered to the concept of “renting is not about accommodation, but about placing a sense of belonging”, and deeply binds social responsibility to the growth of young people. Through 24-hour butler service, we build a solid foundation of safety, consolidate the needs of study with exclusive study spaces, rejuvenate the body and mind with the dual dimensions of diet + exercise, and through more than 50 community activities per year, the “I” who go to Hong Kong alone can be united into a warm “we” with warm companions, and build a warm, energetic and attitude community of Hong Kong drifting students. In this exhibition, the brand not only demonstrates its hardware strength, but also conveys the mission of “accompanying growth and connecting the two places”, helping mainland students quickly integrate into Hong Kong campus life and eliminate the living barriers of cross-border study abroad.

Appeared on the national education platform to help the high-quality development of cross-border study abroad services

As a pioneer in the student accommodation industry in Hong Kong, Y.X’s appearance at CIEET Shanghai is an important milestone in brand openness, nationalization and responsibility. In the context of deepening education integration in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Y.X uses professional accommodation services as a link to connect educational resources, youth exchanges and cultural exchanges between the mainland and Hong Kong, and practices its social responsibility of helping young people grow and promoting cross-border education synergy. In the future, the brand will continue to optimize the whole chain of “living + learning + social + growth” services, and create a benchmark for Hong Kong student accommodation with international quality standards, so that more mainland students can study in Hong Kong with peace of mind, comfort and warmth, and find their own life coordinates in Hong Kong.

Relying on the community concept of “from ‘me’ to ‘us'”, Y.X hopes that through this exhibition, more mainland families can understand the real and safe accommodation options in Hong Kong, and accompany more students in Hong Kong to study smoothly and grow up with pragmatic services.
